READ MORE: Where lesser known stars from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban are now, from MMA boxing to jail to Hollywood fameДЇrom the obvious platform nine and three quarters where students board the Hogwarts Express at King's Cross Station, to the more obscure Ministry of Magic (FYI, it's Scotland Yard), London has been the backdrop for countless iconic Potter scenes.ДЄs ITV have now reached the fifth film in the franchise, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, it seemed only fitting to hunt down the real Order HQ for a visit.ДЄs it happened, Sirius Black's gloomy family home at 12 Grimmauld Place - actually Claremont Square, tucked away in a corner of Islington just a 20 minute walk from King's Cross - was just a 12 minute cycle ride from my own East London flat.ДЄ solitary cat peering from a window ledge was the only other sign of life in the square (Image: Anna Highfield) With ITV currently pulling their annual trick of re-running all the Harry Potter movies on successive weekends, Pottermania is gloriously rife right now.ДЄ lifelong fan, I only moved to London this year - so this was my first opportunity to fully immerse myself in the plethora of Potter-related treats the capital has to offer.ДЇor me, one of the most exciting parts of living in London is stumbling across the various locations throughout the city which have been used as film sets for the wizarding world.
